When am I charged?
You're charged when you choose a paid plan during account setup. Billing is monthly or annual depending on which option you select. Free accounts are never charged.
Is Stripe required?
Yes, paid plans use Stripe for billing. Stripe is one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. Your payment information is stored by Stripe, not by us.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel a paid plan, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your saved data is not deleted when you downgrade.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription directly from the app settings page at any time without contacting support.
Are there refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. Contact us if you have a billing issue.

The Free plan is your trial. It gives you real access to the tools so you can decide if Premium is worth it for your specific situation — no time limit.
What is the Family plan for?

What is the Business plan for?
The Business plan is for freelancers, creators, small business owners, and anyone who needs to manage their personal and business exposure separately — especially if your name or address is tied to a business registration.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing for the Premium plan is $49.99/year, which saves you over 30% compared to paying monthly. Annual options for Family and Business plans are available inside the app.
